This outdoor festival includes free concerts by Gin Blossoms and Lit in the Mystic Amphitheater. The event is returning to Mystic Lake Casino Hotel 5-10:30 p.m. Rock and Rockets is a free 4th of July celebration featuring music, food and drinks and fireworks.
